Setting a Live Wallpaper on Android requires you to have a live wallpaper app such as WALLOOP installed.
•Follow this link to the wallpaper video.
•Select the Download button, then select 'HD 1080p' to save to your Gallery.
•Open your live wallpaper app, and select the video from your Gallery.
iPhone
Setting a Live Wallpaper on iPhone requires you to convert the video into a Live Photo, using a Live Photo app like intoLive.
•Follow this link to the wallpaper video using the Safari browser (other browsers like Chrome may not allow you to download it).
•Select the Download button, then select 'HD 1080p' to save to your Gallery.
•Open 'Files' on your iPhone, and select the video under 'Recents'.
•Tap the 'Share' button at the top-right, and then tap intoLive (or other conversion app).
•Follow the instructions to convert and save as a Live Photo.
•Open 'Settings' on your iPhone, tap 'Wallpaper', and choose the wallpaper from your 'Live Photos' folder.
Desktop PC
Setting a Live Wallpaper on PC requires you to purchase and install Wallpaper Engine on Steam (usually around $4, allowing you to download and create Live Wallpapers on your PC).
•Follow this link to the wallpaper, and click the '+ Subscribe' button.
•Open Wallpaper Engine, and select the wallpaper in the 'Installed' tab.
